Twiddle came into the Troub on March 1st with one mission: to jam. And Jam they did. Relentlessly. After Iya Terra, the hazy room was suddenly awash in the unique mix of Rock, Reggae, Bluegrass, Jazz and Funk sounds characteristic of any Twiddle performance. Twiddle covered all their hit songs from their latest epic album "Plump", and a number of songs off their earlier albums that only the most dedicated fans knew and loved. As we neared the end of the show, Twiddle flaunted their improv skills by going off on an almost never-ending riff.
Big thanks to Twiddle for leaving it all on the stage and putting on a great show for the troubadour crowd. And I can't even describe the sense of appreciation I feel for the beautiful people who came out to the second Your Concert Kure show ever to support and enjoy some good music.
For everyone else, I highly recommend you check out Twiddle for some good jams, and make it out to the Troubadour to experience one of my favorite (and everyone else in LA's favorite) venue. Such fascinating history and wonderful ambiance that you're guaranteed to have a good time. - Keenan
